Cancellations, refunds, and report satisfaction
Customers receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the inspection. If a delivered report does not meet the reasonable expectations or format shown in our published sample report, LemonFreeAuto will work to make it right and refund the inspection price if the customer is still not satisfied.
